The BioBus is operated by Cell Motion Laboratories, Inc., a New York State educational not-for-profit corporation.

Dr. Ben Dubin-Thaler is the driver and educational director of the BioBus. Dr. Dubin-Thaler received his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Columbia University, where he has earned numerous awards and honors for both his teaching and research.
